Still Searching for Sinus and Headache Relief? Let's Talk About CFR
An Advanced "Balloon Assisted" Cranial Adjusting Technique
The Objective of CFR technique... is to mobilize the bones in the face and cranium and to open up the breathing passageways with the purpose of mobilizing the cranial bones and facilitating normal cranial function.
Conditions that respond favorably to CFR:
- Breathing Disorders
- Sinus Conditions
- Snoring
- Sleep Apnea
- Migraine Headaches
- Head Trauma
- Post Concussion Syndrome
- Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
- Trigeminal Neuralgia
- Facial Paralysis
- Bell’s Palsy

- Insomnia
- Anxiety / Depression
"For over a year I had been dealing with chronic sinus issues and congestion. I tried a variety of things including visiting immunologists and ENT's, but nothing was helping. After 4 sessions of CFR with Dr. Jack, my sinus issues were completely gone — and have not come back. If you've tried everything and just cannot get relief, I'd highly recommend going to see Dr. Jack." R.C. Age 27

How this technique is performed... Cranial Facial Release (CFR) is performed by gently placing small balloons into the nasal passages (nasopharynx). The balloons are briefly and quickly inflated to help mobilize the bones of the face and cranium. The sensation is similar to the feeling of water going up your nose when you jump into a pool. Each inflation lasts only a couple of seconds, and the full treatment plan typically involves a series of 6–12 visits.
To understand how CFR works... it is important to know that the skull is not a single solid bone. Instead, it is made up of 22 individual bones that are designed to move in subtle ways with each breath and with normal cranial motion.
The goal of the CFR technique... is to help restore mobility to the bones of the face and cranium while also helping open the nasal and breathing passageways with the purpose of mobilizing the cranial bones and facilitating normal cranial function.
Most people who come in for CFR treatment are often last resort patients who have tried everything else first.
Cranial Facial Release (CFR) often succeeds where other conventional treatments have failed. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, the goal is to identify and correct the underlying cause. Symptoms are often the body’s signal that something isn’t functioning properly. When symptoms are masked for too long without addressing the root cause, the system can begin to break down, eventually leading to disease and dysfunction.
